If your child requires any extra items to assist in settling into the Encounter Kids Rooms please ensure they are packed with a name label, and please let a team member know when you arrive for each session.
Breaks + Food
Friday 7:30pm (Session 1)
Please eat before session as there will be no meal break in Encounter Kids on opening night.

Primary School aged kids: we will NOT be having a food break.

Early Childhood or Pre-Primary aged kids: if your child needs a snack or bottle please provide fully labeled and let a leader know.
Saturday 9:30am (Session 2+3)
There will be a morning tea break on Saturday morning which will happen while the kids are checked in to Encounter Kids Conference. There is no need to collect your kids during this morning break. Please send your children with a snack. There will be a canteen available onsite for parents to purchase items, including a nifty Kids Snack Pack option.
LUNCH TIME
There is a 3hr break on Saturday before the afternoon session begins. This will be a great time to head off-site to grab some lunch. The venue will remain open during this time if you want to bring your lunch or bring some takeaway back. There will be some food items available for purchase at the venue.
Saturday 4pm (Session 4)
Early Childhood and Pre-Primary rooms: there will be a snack time during this session. Session will conclude around 6pm for you to grab dinner and get your kids refreshed for Church Together at 10AM Sunday.
Early Childhood (12 months - 2 Years)
Friday 7:30pm ~ PYJAMA NIGHT
With the late start on opening night send your kids in their PJ's.
There will be a space made available for your child to go down for a sleep. This will be supervised by the Kids Team. There will be limited porta-cots available, as well as a few soft mats on the floor. Feel free to bring your own along, please let the team know when you arrive.
Saturday 9:30am
Please pack a full change of clothes for this session as we are having some messy play during the second morning session.
