Day 14 - Ps Paul Geerling

Hi iSEE CHURCH, hope you've been enjoying 14 Days of Devotion as we lead up to our Revival Nights on the 8th - 10th of July with Pastor Russell and Sam Evans, from Planetshakers, you got to be there. But today, I want to speak to you from the Book of Wisdom. Yes, the Book of Proverbs 3:5-6, it says;

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him, or submit him on all your ways, and he will make your paths straight."

This is an incredible scripture, that if we took notice of each day, live our lives by, our lives would be filled with God's favor. Think about this "trust in the Lord." There are so many things that we can trust in, even including our own self-sufficiency, knowledge, that will always let us down. But God will never let us down. And then these uncertain times, the greatest thing we can do is trust in the Lord, with all of our heart, not just part of our heart. You know what we're talking about being fully devoted in 2021, at iSEE CHURCH dnd, guess what, God wants all of our heart, all of our soul, all of our mind, all of our strength. Let's love Him with everything.

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, and lean not on your own understanding." This is hard for us, all of us as human beings, we're self-sufficient. We've got experience, we've got wisdom. But you know what God wants us to surrender every day and say, Holy Spirit, I'm going to devote it to you today. Would you lead me and guide me in the workplace, at school, in my family on the university campus, in my neighborhood.

And last it says "and then submit all your ways to Him, and He will make your paths straight." You know what, I want to encourage you today. God wants to guide you, and I, in our daily walk with Him. The Bible says his Word will be a lamp unto our feet and a light into our path. So I want to encourage you submit your pathway in all your big decisions. Don't just step out and do it. Ask the Lord for wisdom asked him to speak to you from his word, and he will make your paths straight. I'll encourage you today that God's with you, and I've enjoyed doing these 14 Days of Devotion. I'll see you soon.

God bless
