FAQ’s

  • A full schedule of the weekend can be found HERE.

  • Free onsite parking is available, including an undercover area. Enter via Ellen Street and follow signs to the main entrance.

    If the church car park is full, parking can be found on local side streets and at Minnippi Parklands on the corner of Preston Rd and Kate St.

    Our friendly car-parking attendants will be there to assist you also. 

  • On your arrival, we would ask that you make your way to the Registration Desk, where you will be able to collect your armband. This will allow you access to all conference sessions ~ please wear it for the weekend. Doors open 30 mins prior to each session, so we would encourage you to arrive early, make the most of the Cafe and Shop areas, and catch up with new and old friends! 

  • Yes! Come and see our friendly Registration Team to accommodate part-time registration tickets.

  • We'd love to! All the info for Kids Encounter can be found HERE.

  • We ask that all belongings are taken with you at the end of the session (excluding Saturday between the two AM sessions) as the seats will be reset.

  • We have coffee and specialty drink spots on site for your caffeine needs, and some snacks will be available for purchase.

  • We have put together a nifty list of local eateries that are all a short drive from our Conference headquarters. You can find them HERE.

  • The main Mens and Women's bathrooms are outside of the foyer. An accessible toilet is available adjacent to the Encounter Kids entry.

  • Our Parents Room is a live linked space to manage your little one while still engaging with our Encounter sessions with the worship and the message. This space is available for parents of infants with change tables and a microwave.

    The Parents Room is just right of the Auditorium entry. We ask that only one parents uses this facility due to space restrictions.
